Please review Waybeyon Private Limited’s (“Waybeyon”, “us”, “we”, “our”) terms and conditions before purchasing any travel service from them. By confirming your purchase, you are agreeing to work within the following terms.

1. Tour Contract

Once your purchase has been confirmed, there will be a legally binding contract between yourself and Waybeyon. Waybeyon will take appropriate measures to protect your privacy, and therefore, all details relating to your purchase/booking will not be shared with third parties who are unrelated to this transaction.

The Director of Waybeyon is the only person that has the authority to make any changes to the terms indicated above. Any changes to the above mentioned terms must be made in writing and signed off by a Director of Waybeyon. Any verbal promises or statements made to you in regards to your booking are considered invalid unless confirmed in written format.

2. Securing your booking

You must provide Waybeyon with a deposit before your booking can be confirmed. Certain packages may require higher up-front deposits due to the terms and conditions of the suppliers involved in the transaction. You have to read the records regarding each tour and the terms and conditions of booking carefully.

3. Payment Terms

The remaining amount after depositing the initial deposit must be paid within one week, unless otherwise communicated at the time of booking.
In some cases full payment may be required earlier.

Failure to pay the balance by means of the due date will mechanically cancel your booking.

We do not accept any payment to any personal account or UPI/ GPay numbers.

4. Booking Changes

All changes to your booking have to be made in person at our branch office with valid receipts.

Only minor changes will be entertained and only under genuine circumstances.
No repeated change requests will be allowed.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is permissible, but strictly under our conditions.

You must notify us by telephone or email within the prescribed time frame.
The cancellation charges depend on your package and supplier rules.
Note: Refunds are typically not given unless otherwise stated in writing.

However, Waybeyon isn’t always liable for: Personal disputes Criminal activities Illegal sports completed through travelers Situations past our control It is predicted that vacationers will behave responsibly during the adventure.

8. All of the content contained in our website, brochure and marketing materials have been carefully prepared. However, there may be updates, modifications and/or errors to this content every now and then. 9. There is a strict no-smoking coverage on all motors and at some point of group tour. This is supposed to provide a secure and snug environment for all passengers.
